Operation Panel is built-in type and a fine view of observation windows,the operators can easily proceed the inspection and operation.

Box type casting iron of machine body to reach the max. rigidity with light weight. the load capacity and precision remain the same and reach the effect for saving power requirement of motors.

Machine adapt with Auto Pallet Changers Module to exchange workpiece automatically.Operator is able to pre-load and clamping next workpiece while previous piece is machining, it increase economic efficiency.

Finite Element Analysis

The structural parts on JeenXi machine are analyzed and designed by the advanced Finite Element Analysis. It provides a detailed analysis for structural stress/strain condition, and ensures excellent machine rigidity and lifetime stability.

Linear Guide Way

The machine employs 30/35/35mm wide ball-type linear guide ways.

Precision Ball Screw
